WHAT • An introductory group class on stand up paddle boarding + time to practice and cruise on your own in the ocean (2 hours total)

The details

Our team will welcome you at the time of your scheduled lesson at our shop in Mismaloya or Malecón

After you get settled in, we will dive into your lesson— covering:

• A thorough warm-up and on-land preparation

• Theory and anatomy of a Stand Up Paddle Board

• Stand Up Paddle techniques and maneuvers

• Possible risks, hazards, and essential safety information

• An open water exploration of the Banderas Bay

A Stand Up Paddle Boarding Lesson lasts for two hours. Group lessons are available for three to six people (maximum six people per instructor) at 9AM, 11AM, 1PM and 3PM Monday through Sunday. The cost for a Professional SUP Lesson is 700 MXN pesos per person.

We also offer private and semi-private lessons for single individuals and couples for a more customized experience.

• Equipment rental (board, leash, paddle, lifejacket)

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

• Comfortable bathing suit or water clothing to move and get wet in

• Dry change of clothes

• Towel to dry off

• Earth-friendly sun protection (ie. hat, inexpensive sun glasses, long-sleeved rash-guard, coral-friendly biodegradable sunscreen)

No previous paddle experience is required to participate in this offering.
